NIKIBIKI Shipping Information

It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted.That is why we have chosen UPS Exclusively for our main shipping carrier.

There are the Delivery Methods UPS offers:

Shipping rates will vary depending upon amount orders, and delivery method chosen by the customer. Please refer to the map below for approximate UPS Ground shipping times from ZIPCODE 90058. Please be advised UPS delivers Monday through Saturday except holidays.
Shipping Hours

We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 3 business days when all the items are in-stock and 7-10 business days when items are not-in-stock.

Usually if we receive the orders before 11:00 AM PST there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day, as long as all the items are in-stock. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by via e-mail/fax/telephone.

The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:00PM PST; we must prepare all shipments by this time. If you order after 11:00AM PST we might not be able to prepare it on time. In this case, the shipment will be passed onto the next day.

**Please be advised all orders after 11:00AM PST may not be shipped the same day**

If the items that you've purchased are out of stock, it will be placed as a backorder. This means we will ship it out as soon as we restock. Our shipping department will always contact you regarding this issue and you may decide to keep it as a backorder, exchange it with something else, or cancel it. You will not be charged twice for any standard backorder shipping fee.

You might receive more than one shipment to complete your order. When Seamless items are not-in-stock, the shipping period could take up to 7-10 business days. When imported items are out-of stock, please contact us for new arrival dates. All backorder items are shipped out via Standard Delivery, unless told otherwise.

**All backorder's shipping for "RUSH ORDERS" will have an extra charge for the difference.**

Please note: For international shipping, that there are no backorders. The order will be held until all the items are in stock.
International Shipping

Even though our main carrier is UPS, we do offer other carriers exclusively for our international customers. We can work with any shipping company that you trust for your convenience. Please keep in mind that using other carries might take longer than the usual.
Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our NIKIBIKI products, we will assist you with a prompt credit or exchange.

All returns & exchange items must be notified within 14 days upon receiving the order with its corresponding invoice number.

Return credit will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. Items must be returned in its original condition always.


We will not refund any items if it was...
- Worn / Washed / Altered
- Snagged / Ripped / Stained(i.e. Make-Up)
- Odors(i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Or any other damage caused by the receiver.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Numbers(RA#)
Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the credit faster without any confusion.

We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

**All other returns that surpass the return period, excluding manufacturer defects, are subject to a 20% restocking fee for regular orders.**

If you received a damaged item, please take a photograph of the damage and send us an E-mail as soon as possible with the corresponding invoice number and style number. Once we receive this notice we will contact you and provide you with a Return Authorization Number as a reference to your return request. This process must be done within 14 days upon receiving the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Always revise your order before you check out
